The Climate Chemistry Measurement and Research section of Environment and Climate Change Canada requires a portable, robust and stable measurement instrument that can detect trace emissions of N2O (Dinitrogen Oxide) and water vapour (H2O) from mobile surveys of atmospheric greenhouse gasses
