Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement that comprises the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform the preventative maintenance and repairs to the various types of vehicle barrier systems located within various locations of CFB Halifax.
