Among the proposed measures is the development of an online toolkit which builds on existing best practices and evidence.ISED is soliciting bids (also referred to as “proposals”) for the services of a Contractor to provide purpose-built ‘What Works Toolkit’ to be available to all 50-30 Challenge participants and all Canadian organizations. This toolkit must include resources designed to set out policies and approaches for recruitment, mentoring, promoting, and retention of board members and employees, as well as anti-racism, anti-harassment, and inclusive workplace strategies, and other related relevant activities and initiatives.
