The Department of Agriculture and AgriFood Canada has a requirement for the collection of pest management data and information to be used in the update of up to six national field crop profiles (chickpea, field pea, lentil, dry bean, spring wheat and winter wheat). The crop profiles are web based documents that contain time-sensitive information on production, pests and pest management that must be kept up-to-date to be useful for government, provinces, industry and growers. The Pesticide Risk Reduction Program (PRRP) is awarding a contract for the collection of data to update four national pulse crop profiles, with an option period for work to update the two wheat crop profiles.
