Nature of Requirements:
Sanitation equipment rental and services
The Department of National Defence, 31 Canadian Brigade Group
has a requirement for the provision of sanitation equipment
rental and services in the Welland Canal area of Ontario during
the period of 10-24 August 2014 for Exercise STALWART GUARDIAN.
This requirement is specifically for the rental of portable
toilets, hand wash stations, grey water containers and dumpsters
including the servicing of this equipment, in accordance with
Annex A, Requirement of the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
Locations and quantities are detailed in Appendix 1 of Annex A.
The bidder must have a minimum of 1 year documented experience
in rental and servicing of Portable Toilets, Hand Wash Stations,
Gray Water Containers and Dumpsters. To demonstrate this
experience the bidder must provide details related to the
history and background of their company with their bid, at the
time of bid closing.
Bidders must refer to the RFP document for complete details
regarding this requirement

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
