The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
supply, equipment, materials and technical expertise to perform
start up, calibration, equipment verification, and repairs
including leak testing and descaling of all kitchen equipment,
walk in coolers and freezers.
This Contract will be valid for a period of two (2) years with
an additional two (2) one (1) year option periods.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003 and 2004,
Bidders must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Directorate,
Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list
may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)."
