The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor(s) for the purpose of contracting to supply additional IBM software licenses and maintenance services. IBM Passport Advantage software suite in use today features include: software product upgrades and technical support. The RFQ includes a complete upgrade and cross-platform migration coverage for all of CMHC's IBM licensed software. CMHC requires the ability to upgrade to new releases and new versions as required to meet business needs. Technical Support assists users wherever they are working in the world.
The resulting agreement with the successful proponent will be for a duration of three (3) years commencing February 1st, 2015 and ending on January 31st, 2018 and is not expected to exceed $904,000.00 including all applicable taxes.
The quotation must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFQ document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on January 26, 2015.
