The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a consultant to document best practices of former federally-assisted social housing projects that have transitioned to a post-subsidy environment and continued to serve households in need. The best practice research consists of up to 30 case studies of housing projects where the long-term operating agreements have ended (from practical to more innovative). These best practices are aimed to support social housing providers that are preparing for the end of operating agreements and provide insight to decision makers.
The term of this contract will be six months at an anticipated value not exceeding $75,000.00.
The quotation must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on January 12, 2015.
