Nature of Requirements:
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W0114-165218/A dated 2015-07-08 with a
closing of 2015-08-10 at 02:00pm. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the
previous solicitation.
Department of National Defense (DND), 1 Engineer Support Unit (1
ESU), Kingston, Ontario, requires training, in English, for
contract specification writing and comprehension delivered to
approximately 40 participants.
The course must be 5 days in duration and take place in a
classroom provided by DND.
Training must be delivered between the hours of 0730 and 1530
hours daily (7:30 am to 3:30 pm). A lunch break is to be
incorporated into the training schedule (minimum duration of 30
mins, maximum duration of 60 mins).
Training must be delivered within either tentative course dates
of 28th September to 2nd October, 2015 OR 19th October to 23th
October, 2015. DND will confirm the timeframe within a minimum
of 20 days prior to the course start date.
Web based instruction is not acceptable.
