Lac La Biche County (the “County”) is issuing a Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) to eligible Bidders for a Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the County Maintenance Yard in the Hamlet of Lac La Biche, Alberta (the “Work”).
