To establish a one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply and deliver dairy products on an ?as and when? requested basis for the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base Borden, located at Borden, Ontario and 32 Service Battalion, located at North York, Ontario as detailed herein at Annex B, Appendix 1 during the period of the standing offer
The supplier must also be prepared to provide additional products not listed in Annex B, Appendix 1 which have been categorized as Special Orders.
The Standing Offer will be in effect from December 1, 2017 to November 30, 2018, for 2, 6 month periods, over a one year period.
Period of the Standing Offer has been divided into the following two periods:
Period A: 1-December-2017 to 31-May-2018 (closing 20-November-2017)
Period B: 1-June-2018 to 30-November-2018 (closing 15-May-2018)
Note: Offer must be submitted for each period as per the schedule in Annex F, Closingdate Schedule. Offerors may present offers on any period of their choice.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer for this requirement.
