REQUEST

This document is intended to describe the general and specific
requirements relating to the demand for goods and services for
the acquisition of signal lamps, spikes and elastic supports on
behalf of the Ministry of National Defence (DND) to Montreal
(Quebec, Canada).

The request is for 196 unit of each of the 3 equipment. These
equipment will be used by the Rangers for teaching purposes and
use in developing safe and quick improvised airstrips in the
Canadian North.
