The work covered under this project is the provision of Helicopter services for the capture, blood test, euthanization, and removal (sling) of up to 110 elk and 40 white-tailed deer in RMNP during the winter of 2013/14 in Riding Mountain National Park of Canada.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by May 31, 2014.

Solicitation Closes at 2:00PM Central Standard Savings Time (CST) Monday, January 27, 2014.

All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority. Enquiries should be received no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response
