TITLE: LASER SCANNING SYSTEM
The Collision Reconstruction Division within the Royal Canadian
Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the supply of one
(1) Leica C10 Laser Scanning System and components, as detailed
in Annex B, Basis of Payment, to be delivered FOB destination,
to Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
The Leica C10 Laser Scanning System and components must be
compatible with RCMP hardware and software programs Altus GPS
base and rovers, Sokkia Robotic Total Station, Algiz 7 data
collectorn, Nautiz X7 data collectors, Evidence Recorder 9, and
MapScenes Forensic CAD.
Bidder must provide products that are of the same description,
brand name, model and/or part number as detailed in the Basis of
Payment. Bidders are advised substitute products will not be
considered.

A - Requirement and Annex B - Basis of Payment.
FOB desintation: Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Collision
Reconstruction Division, Regina Saskatchewan CANADA.
Mandatory delivery date required on or before March 29, 2013.
TRADE AGREEMENTS
The following trade agreements are applicable to this
procurement: The Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the
World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement
(WTO-AGP).
Government on Internal Trade (AIT), Article 506-12 (a) to ensure
compatibility with existing products, to recognize exclusive
rights, such as exclusive licences, copyright and patent rights,
or to maintain specialized products that must be maintained by
the manufacturer or its representative;
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), 1016.2. an entity
may use limited tendering procedures in the following
circumstances and subject to the following conditions, as
applicable : (d) for additional deliveries by the original
suppliers that are intended either as replacement parts or
continuing services for existing suppliers, services or
installations, or as the extension of exisiting suppliers,
services or installatins, where a change of supplier would
compel the entity to procure equipment or services not meeting
reqirements of interchangeability with already existing
equipment or services, including software to the extent that the
intital procurement of the software was covered by this Chapter;
World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement
(WTO-AGP), Article XV (d) for additional deliveries by the
original supplier which are intended either as parts replacement
for existing supplies, or installations, or as the extension of
existing supplies, services, or installations where a change of
supplier would compel the entity to procure equipment or
services not meeting requirements of interchangeability with
already existing equipment or services(5);
