Full description

The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency requires professional training services to deliver up to two instructor-led, in-person courses that enable participants to effectively analyze, manage, and influence and lead in complex systems within organizational and policy environments, with an option for one additional course during a one-year option period.

The Contractor must deliver training that results in demonstrable improvement in participants’ ability to apply systems thinking approaches to real-world challenges.

The Government of Canada operates in increasingly complex and interconnected environments where traditional linear approaches to problem-solving are insufficient. To support effective decision-making, employees require enhanced competencies in systems thinking, adaptive management and stakeholder engagement.

This training will support capacity building in these areas through applied learning and practical tools, particularly those in leadership.

The Contractor grants Canada the irrevocable options to extend the Contract by up to one additional one-year period under the same terms and conditions and at the prices, rates, or both stated in the Contract.
