Asbestos Abatement Standing Offer, 4 Wing, CFB Cold Lake, AB.
Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as
requested by Department of National Defence in the form of call
ups for asbestos abatement work at the 4 Wing, CFB Cold Lake,
AB. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis. It is
anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer.
The standing offer will be issued for a term of 1 year plus 2, 1
year periods. The usage over the term is estimated at
$498,750.00 (GST/HST included). This procurement contains
MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors
must submit a complete list of names of all
individuals who are currently directors of the Offeror.
Furthermore, as determined by the Special Investigations
Directorate, Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual
named on the list may be requested to complete a Consent to a
Criminal Record Verification form and related documentation.
