Nature of Requirements:
PWGSC on behalf of Natural Resources Canada, has a requirement
for the supply of miscellaneous grocery items for the 2013 field
season, as detailed in Annex A of the RFP.

The goods must be delivered to the TFSS Warehouse located at
2464 Sheffield Road, Ottawa, Ontario, no later than July 12,
2013. The order will be prepared for furtherance to Resolute
Bay, NU (departing from the Port of Valleyfield).

The food will be sent to Resolute Bay but will not be consumed
until the facility is re-opened in February 2014. Expiry dates
must have a minimum of October 2014.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
