On February 10, 2015, the Minister of Health announced that the federal government would advance mandatory drug shortages and discontinuances reporting regulations and the creation of an independent website where companies will be able to make information on actual and anticipated drug shortages available to the public. Health Canada requires a Contractor to provide and manage an end-to-end solution for this capability.
