MATTRESSES AND MATTRESS COVERS

Requirement:
The Contractor is required to provide the Department of National
Defence with Mattresses for Victoria Class Submarines and
Mattress Covers. To be manufactured in accordance with Annex B,
Purchase Description.
Firm Quanity: 110 units (with two (2) mattress covers each)
The maximum option quantity in the amount of 110 units may be
exercised during a 12 month period from award of contract.
Delivery request:
Delivery of the firm quantity is requested by July 6, 2012.
Destinations:
To be delivered to Halifax, Nova Scotia and Victoria, British
Columbia.
Purchase Description:
The specifications will automatically be issued to bidders who
will order the bid document from Merx. Therefore, it is
imperative that this request for bid documentation be done as
soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
technical data. Notwithstanding, the Crown shall not be held
responsible for untimely release of technical data package.
Enquiries:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 days prior to the bid
closing date.
