The Department of National Defense (DND) has a requirement for a 150 batteries as per Annex A.
The period of the contract will be from the date of the contract to five years later. The requirement also includes optional requirement of an additional 150 units.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
