Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Sit/Stand Work Surfaces to Department of National Defence on an "as and when required" basis. The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from 01 October 2018 to 30 September 2019 inclusive, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) one (1) year periods. The mandatory specifications are found in Annex A - Requirement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
