Reprographics (copying/short run printing and scanning) services
for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC), British
Colombia (BC) region. PPSC - BC offices in Vancouver are
comprised of the main office on Howe St. as well as three (3)
sub offices on Burrard St., Columbia St and the Vancouver
Provincial Court house, Main St. Location.
The Contractor must provide all facilities, equipment, material
and labour to carry out the work.
Requests may be for all paper sizes with the bulk of the work
will be for the standard sizes of: 8½"x11"; 8½"x14" and
11"x17" Of the three types of reprographics work required,
scan, print output and copy; the majority of the work is
anticipated to be copy from hard copy documents.
The period of the contract is for 3 years from the date of award
with two (2) option periods of one (1) year each.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the AIT and is
limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
Basis of Selection : To be declared responsive, a bid must:
(a) comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation;
and (b) obtain the required minimum of 75 percent overall of
the points for the technical evaluation criteria which are
subject to point rating. The rating is performed on a scale of
104 points.
Bids not meeting (a) or (b) will be declared non-responsive.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
