AAFC requires the services of an organization specializing in plant breeding services to generate homozygous seeds lines using DH for Barley and Wheat. The Offeror may bid on the barley or wheat requirement, or both requirements. It is the intention of the Crown to issue up to two (2) standing offers as a result of this request.
The standing offer will be for a period of two years starting from the date of issuance, with three (3) additional one (1) year option periods (dates TBD).
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
