To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of Halal Meat on an 'as and whenrequested' basis for the Correctional Service Canada, for Ontario Region Institutions.
The Period of Standing Offer has been divided into the following four periods:
PERIOD A: Date of issuance to November 30, 2016 (closing September 19, 2016)
PERIOD B: December 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017 (closing November 15, 2016)
PERIOD C: March 1, 2017 to May 31, 2017 (closing February15, 2017)
PERIOD D: June 1, 2017 to August 31, 2017 (closing May 15, 2017)
Debriefings: Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the requestfor standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
