DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada has a requirement for the environmental site remediation at High Arctic and Bathurst Island, Nunavut. A number of contaminated sites in the high Arctic are to be remediated under this Contract work. These sites are contaminated due to historic oil and gas exploration. The sites are divided in two groups known as the Bathurst Island Sites and the High Arctic Sites based on geographic location and logistics during previous assessment work. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between: $5,000,001 and $10,000,000.
