NRCan is looking for consultants to carry out the following tasks:Conduct a Gaps analysis looking at the number and type and overlap of projects being delivered in Indigenous communities in Manitoba with regards to flood/climate change mappingCoordinate and facilitate two (2) Indigenous engagement sessions in Manitoba’s Northern (i.e. Thompson or LaPas) and southern (i.e. Winnipeg or Brandon) regionsAuthor reports based on items 1 and 2 offering suggestions for improving flood mapping engagement to minimize Indigenous community engagement fatigue.
