TITLE: Instructor to deliver legislative courses in both official languages in support of the Ship Radio Inspection (SRI) program.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
To update the formal training documentation package as Canadian and International regulations are amended, and to deliver a Ship Radio Inspection (SRI) Legislative Course in English and two Ship Radio Inspection (SRI) Legislative Update Courses; one in English and one in French. The training shall include any and all references to Canadian and International regulations as they apply to the Ship Radio Inspection Program.
The training shall be delivered at the Canadian Coast Guard College in a classroom environment with a maximum of 12 participants.
DURATION OF CONTRACT
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2017 with the possibility of two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
ENQUIRIES – BID SOLICITATION
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than FIVE (5) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
It is a condition that, prior to performance of any obligation under any contract resulting from this RFP, the Contractor and sub-contractors and their employees assigned to the performance of such contract will be security cleared by the federal government at the Reliability level. According to the Security Requirements Check List.
