The Department of National Defence have a requirement for a
National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and
delivery of Aircraft Deicing-Defrosting Fluid to various bases
within the Canadian Forces.
Period of Standing Offer will be for two (2) years with the
option to extend up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
The AIRCRAFT DEICING-DEFROSTING FLUID must meet the mandatory
technical specifications stated in the Request for Standing
Offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
