Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defence, 3 Wing Bagotville needs a
service bus rental without driver for the Cadet Summer Training
camps Cadet Bagotville, in accordance with requirements
described in the RFP.
The Contractor shall provide nine (9) school buses in 2011 or
later, such as:
The contractor shall offer 2011 model or newer of nine (9)
school buses such as:
8 buses with a capacity of 48 passengers:
six (6) buses with luggage compartments;
two (2) buses without luggage compartement and
One (1) bus with a capacity of 24 passengers without luggage
Period of contract: From the date of Contract to May 31, 2015
with 2 years in option.
Lease period of 30 June to late August 16, each year (summer
only).
