This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO numberW0118-16TX01/A dated 2016-04-04 with a closing of 2016-05-16 at 14:00 Central Daylight Time (CDT).
A Regional Individual Standing Offer to provide the rental of various highway tractors, trucks and trailers for the Department of National Defence (DND)located at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Shilo, Manitoba, as required. The rental may be daily, weekly, or monthly. All vehicles will be driven and operated by Federal Government personnel only. Vehicles can be driven across Canada and the United States ofAmerica. The period of the standing offer will be from approximately July 25, 2016 to July 24, 2017 with two (2) additional, one (1) year option periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
