NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTThe Department of National Defence has a requirement to provide dedicated access to an outdoor shooting range for the testing and evaluation of small arms and ammunition. The duration of the testing activities will be a minimum of twelve (12) weeks but may extend to a maximum of sixteen (16) weeks due to weather or project-related delays.
