Statement of Requirement
409 Tactical Fight Squadron (TFS) will deploy to Mountain Home
Air Force Base, Boise, Idaho from 27 September - 17 October 2013
in order to participate in EX Mountain Round-Up.
The requirement is for a fleet of twenty-two (22) rental
vehicles for CF personnel.
The Bidder must be located at Western Aircraft FBO at Boise
Airport, Boise, Idaho USA or the Bidder must be able to
deliver vehicules at Western Aircraft and vehicules will be
returned at this place.
Due to the nature of the deployment, actual numbers of personnel
(pers) may fluctuate. As well, the end date for the deployment
is dependent on the ability for all pers and equipment to leave
at the end or training. Therefore, provider shall be flexible to
changes in dates and personnel with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
The current unit requirements to date are for 22 vehicles for 27
Sep - 17 Oct but are subject to change based on conditions
beyond our control.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
