FLEET VEHICLES RENTAL RIMPAC 2014

The requirement is for vehicle rental at Honolulu, Hawaii to
support a Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) exercise being conducted
in the months of June, July and August 2014. These requirements
are to include the delivery and return, throughout the specified
time period. Delivery location is to be confirmed but will be on
or in the vicinity of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.

The CAF will require the following types of vehicle rentals for
RIMPAC 14 in Honolulu in order to provide the operational
capability:

eighty seven (87) minivans with a minimum of 6 passenger
capability;
twenty (20) passenger vans with a minimum 12 passenger capabili
two (2) half ton regular cab pickup truck;
ninety four (94) midsize cars;
two (2) Cargo panel vans;
twenty (20) crew cab trucks; and
ten (10) sport utility vehicles (SUV).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
