For the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary for the rental of
scheduled and "as and when required" ice time in accordance to
the Statement of Work attached as Annex A herein for the
Department of National Defence, 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba. The
period of the Contract is from one (1) year after date of award,
with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the
Contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
