The purpose of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to
establish Regional Master Standing Offer(s) (RMSOs) to provide
all labour, material and equipment required for the rental of
various sized office/lavoratory/shower trailers to authorized
users in Federal Government Departments and Agencies in the
Ontario Region, excluding the National Capital Region, but
primarily used by the Department of National Defence in the
areas of Borden, Kingston, North Bay, Petawawa, Trenton,
Meaford, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
The period of the RMSO will be from May 1, 2013 to April 30,
2016.
The estimated business volume is anticipated as $800,000.00 /yr
(taxes included)
Multiple standing offers may be authorized for use. An offer
must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing
Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to
be declared responsive. The responsive offers within 10% of the
lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a
standing offer. Up to three (3) Standing Offer holders for each
trailer type may be selected as a result of this RFSO.
