Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada – CORCAN Ontario Region has a requirement for the monthly rental of highway trailers.
Objectives: The Correctional Service of Canada – CORCAN has a requirement for monthly rental of Highway Trailers on as “as and when” requested basis for the National Warehouse Distribution Centre and Federal Institutions within the Ontario Region.
Deliverables: The Contractor must be able to supply the following item or its equivalent on an “as and when” requested basis, this is to include but not limited to all items, as listed below:
- Tandem Axle Trailers 53ft x 102in, Dry Freight Van, Air Ride
Estimated usage: 6 to 25 trailers per month. Peak periods typically from December to April.
Term of Contract:
The period of the Standing Offer is for three (3) years, with one (1) option to renew for an additional two (2) year period.
