.3 Statement of Work for this Contract is comprised of :
.1 Sorting, loading, and relocating of up to 2500T of rock
rip rap within French Creek B.C. harbour, by
Tugboat and Barge, with Excavator.
.2 Repositioning the barge within the harbour and tending
to it while offloading.
.3 Offloading of rip-rap in water up to 4m deep by
employing excavator, operating on barge.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
