PORTABLE TOILET RENTAL
THIS AMENDS THE CLOSING DATE OF THE NPP POSTED ON THE MERX
ELECTRONIC BOARD FROM 23 OCTOBER 2012 TO 26 OCTOBER 2012.
To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the
supply and servicing of rental portable toilets, and grey water
tanks, in Burwash, Ontario, on behalf of the Department of
National Defence (DND).
The Standing Offer (SO) period is from 1 December 2012 to 30
November 2013, with the right to request 2 one-year extensions.
Only 1 Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this Request
for a Standing Offer (RFSO).
This procurement is subject to the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on International Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
