The Department of National Defence (DND), Garrison Wainwright, Denwood, Alberta has a requirement for the establishment of a Standing Offer for the rental and servicing of Portable Toilets, Human Waste Barrels and Hand Wash Stations on an "as and when required" basis, as outlined in Annex A.
The Standing Offer is requested for a period of two (2) years from the date of offer issuance with the possibility of two (2) additional one-year option periods to be exercised at Canada’s discretion.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
