This requirement is to establish a Regional Individual Standing
Offer for vehicle rental on behalf of DND in Ontario,
specifically for CFB Trenton, Borden, North Bay, London,
Petawawa and Kingston. DND requires rentals for passenger
vehicles including SUV's and Passenger Vans (up to 8
passengers), cube vans, cargo vans, 9-12-15 passenger vehicles
and crew cabs.

The period of the standing offer will be for two years from 01
June 2014 to 31 May 2015 with the right to request an extension
for an additional two (2), one year options.
