The CAF requires contracted support for the provision on an as-and-when required basis for rental vehicles withoutdrivers in Palm Springs, California, in the United States of America from 12 February to 08 March 2017.
Bidders are to provide sixty-two (62) rental vehicles of the following type of vehicle:
a) Eight (8) Sports Utility Vehicles (carrying capacity of 5 adults)
b) Thirty-one (31) Passenger vans (capable of carrying up between 7-8 adults)
c) Eleven (11) Pickup trucks (half ton, capable of carrying up to 5 adults)
- Six (6) of the above pick-up trucks must be 4X4 capable
d) Two (2) Mini Buses (capable of carrying 15 adults)
e) Ten (10) Mid-size Sedans (capable of carrying 5 adults)
Bidders are to provide surge capacity of seven (7) vans capable of carrying up to seven (7) passengers for 13 Feb - 6 Mar 2017.
