This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W0142-12C179/A dated 04 April 2012 with a
closing of 10 May 2012 at 02:00 PM MDT
Heavy Equipment Rental with Operator, CFB Suffield, Ralston,
Alberta
Work under this Standing Offer comprises all labour, equipment,
tools, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to
supply heavy equipment c/w operators to the Department of
National Defence, Canadian Forces Base Suffield, Ralston,
Alberta. Services are to be provided on an "as and when
requested basis" during the period of the Standing Offer and in
accordance with statement of work Annex "A" attached .
Should the offerors bid be the lowest for more than one area ,
that offeror will be issued a Standing Offer authorized for use
in accordance with the breakdown of funding detailed in the
solicitation
Offerors may bid on one, two or all three areas of their choice
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
1. Price Schedule - A rate must be entered for each item for the
areas of their choice.
2. Signature and Submission - Page 1 of the Request for
Standing Offer (RFSO), and any requisite certificates, must be
signed, and submitted with the PART 2 - OFFER portion including
all appendices. Offers must be submitted to the office
designated for the receipt of offers, and must be received on or
before the date and time set for solicitation closing shown on
page 1 of the RFSO.
3. Health & Safety Requirements - Prior to Standing Offer award,
the Offeror must meet the Health & Safety requirements.
4. Industrial Security Requirements - Prior to Standing Offer
award, the Offeror must meet the Security
requirements.
Failure to comply with the Mandatory Requirements will result in
rejection of your offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
