A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, transportation, material, tools,equipment andsupervision necessary to provide passenger school buses with operators on an "as required" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND), Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton Alberta in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.
The periodof the Standing Offer will be from date of issuance for a three (3) year period.
It is Canada's intention to issue up to two (2) standing offers.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
