Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Operations – Northern Ontario requires rental and maintenance services for a temporary washroom trailer to accommodate CBSA officers. The rental will have to be fitted with running water, electricity, water heater, toilet restrooms, waste holding tank and all the necessities required. In addition, the rental trailer, which is to be located at 3900 High Road, Ottawa, Ontario, will need to be serviced twice per week.
The current site is serviced by electrical and natural gas, with no water service (there is no running water to site).
The services will be required for a period of one-year, with the option to extend the resulting Contract up to two (2) additional 1-year periods.
Up to one contract may be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
Basis of Selection
Mandatory Technical Criteria
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The CBSA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
