This requirement is reserved for individuals defined as "Cree",
as defined in chapter 3 of the JBNQA (paragraphs. 3.1.1, 3.2.1,
3.2.2 and 3.2.3). In respect to aboriginal Cree businesses, they
must be located south of the 55th parallel or, for the Cree
communites concerned, south of the 55.5th parallel, as described
in chapter 5 of the JBNQA. Proponents must sign and complete
the document entitled "Attestation for Program of Reserved
Contracts for Aboriginal people
Services contract for the rental of snowmobiles, accessories and
maintenance services for the Nationale Defence, Chisasibi,
Québec.

government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business
(PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that
it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and
that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB.
