Requirement
The Department of National Defence's Canadian Forces School of
Communications and Electronics (CFSCE) located in Kingston, ON,
has a requirement for the 60 month lease of two (2) production
copiers: one (1) new monochrome production copier, and one (1)
new colour production copier, including all related accessories
for both devices. This Contract is for the supply, delivery,
and installation of the equipment as well as any training that
would be necessary to allow users to access all of the required
features of the equipment.
Lease term will include the provision of all preventive and
remedial service and the provision of all imaging consumables,
as well as the removal of the equipment at the end of the lease
period.
The hard disk drive must be removed at the end of the lease, and
will remain with CFSCE.
The winning bidder must supply, deliver, install and maintain
both copiers.

requirement.
