Requirement
The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the rental of Light Over Snow Vehicle (LOSV’s / snowmobiles) and All Terrain Vehicles (ATV) and cutters to augment the existing fleet. The fleet is required as training Support for the Department of National Defence (DND). DND is tasked to train in an Arctic environment and upgrading their war fighting skills in cold weather.
