paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

Work Description:
Work of this Contract covers provision and installation of a new
two-storey double wide transportable building at the Esquimalt
Graving Dock at Victoria, B.C.

Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not
limited to:
Delivery and placement on site
Provision of timber foundation
Provision of landings, stair, ramp and perimeter skirting

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

**A Site Visit has been scheduled for December 28, 2012 at 10:00
a.m. Interested Bidders are to meet at the Esquimalt Graving
Dock at 825 Admirals Rd., Esquimalt, B.C

NOTE: All visitors to site must provide the names of visitors in
advance of this date. The front gate commissionaires will only
allow access to site if previous visitor information is provided
and name(s) appear on the visitor list.**

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority. The four
units that will form the Modular Office Building shall be
delivered to site no later than March 28th, 2013. This delivery
date is an essential condition of this contract. The remaining
work of the contract to be completed within 15 weeks of contract
award.

Value of Project:
To assist with and insurance requirements, this project is
estimated to cost between $175,000 and 250,000.
