The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (“OAG”) requires a Contractor to supply a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Electronic Audit Working Paper Solution and Professional Services as further described in Section 2 (Statement of Work) of this RFP.
The OAG conducts independent audits and studies that provide objective information, advice and assurance to Parliament, territorial legislatures, boards of Crown corporations, government and Canadians. The OAG requires an electronic audit working paper software application or system, including but not limited to the Licensed Software, the Licensed Programs and Software Documentation collectively (the “Solution”) to satisfy the needs of the OAG’s Financial Audit and Direct Engagement Audit Practices. The OAG requires the Solution will be accessible by up to 500 concurrent Users. The Contractor shall deliver any software and provide any services related to the implementation, operation and maintenance of the Solution at the OAG.
