The purpose of this ITQ is to qualify respondents on a modern and innovative bilingual Protected B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Financial Management solution and support that will enable many departments to deliver better digital services by providing better accessibility, privacy, simplicity, inclusion and security in GC daily financial management operations. The solution will provide the user with the capability to use the provider’s application running on a cloud infrastructure as defined by NISTSoftware-as-a-Service (SaaS) - Glossary | CSRC (nist.gov).
